Consortium: A coalition of institutions. The plural form of consortium is consortia.
COUNTER Release 2: The COUNTER standards dated August 2006.
COUNTER Release 3: The COUNTER standards dated Aug 2008, due for inclusion in August 2009.
Data Integration: The combination of separate data sources into one such as web log data and offline data.
Federated Search: The combined search of disparate search engines from one location which provides a grouped result set.
